He restores my soul!

Life has a way of marching forward. I wonder, when does it slow? Our days have been full...full of creating systems in out new home, taking care of 5 sweet little pups, recovering from winter colds, making "learning" part of our everyday life through fun projects and pushing through the basics of teaching littles to read and write, trying to keep day old chicks warm and alive, tending to the hearts of those in the home and finding balance ministering to the needs of those in our church family. February was met with the privilege of sharing real, agape love with some couples in our church as the need for counseling arose. What a joy to share God's healing power and grace in the lives who are so desperate to receive it! A little cold brought extreme exhaustion my way as I balanced between meeting the needs of my family and church and getting the needed rest to recover. I am thankful to say that the Lord has restored my health and my soul! Even as life whispers defeat, fear and hopelessness, He has brought HOPE with His calming peace! I do not walk in this peace every moment and sometimes miss it for days but He always draws me back, reminding me of His overflowing faith (Romans 15:13)! I pray we can walk in this tomorrow!

Finally Online!

After a month of waiting, we finally got our satellite installed. I can't believe all that has happened in the six weeks since my last post. Here are some of the highlights...Benjamin is walking, we got an inch of snow at our house:), Kaylee got her permit, we are happy to be burning boxes with each one we unpack, we are enjoying our new entertainment...puppies, we were blessed with a gift of a wii from a family in our church, we finally got a 2nd car, Scott is doing an amazing job preaching through "The Story" and I am finally back to the living now that I am 14 weeks along. I am eager to continue to share life with you through pictures, Bryant happenings and testimony to God's work in our lives! As always, I love to hear the same from you! Glad to be back! Kimberly
