This past weekend, I had the privilege of joining in on this week's daddy adventure. Thursday morning our family headed to a weekend of camping in Turner, Or. for the Oregon Christian Convention. The weekend proved to be a blast with tent sleeping, hot dog cookin', creek swimming, all camp games and powerful morning and evening sessions learning new nuggets of truth from God's Word. Playing volleyball was the highlight of my weekend as well as the few stolen moments away sitting with Scott next to the playground when the monkey bars and slides captured the littles attention. Okay, so I did enjoy one other thing... the little cabin that housed me and the mini's (Sierra, Mesa and Ben). It's not that I'm above camping, really! The cabin was a gift from our church to me knowing that it would be miraculous to get three mini's to sleep without some crying. However, I'm suspicious it profited them as well:)! Nonetheless, the cabin was a wonderful blessing! I think I like camping!
Adventures abound in your lives and we are so thankful for the privilege to be invited into the excitement. Sounds like great fun, and the pictures of the mini's and the bigi's are great. Love you all.
